Nautical tourism
Nautical tourism as defined by the Tourism Development Act of 2010 includes the set of services offered in contact with water to nautical tourists, including, but not limited to:
- The leasing or chartering of vessels to tourists for recreational, leisure or educational purposes, including excursions.
- The leasing of small boats, jet skis, kayaks, sailboats or other similar vessels, motorized or not, to guests of a hotel, condo-hotel, timeshare or vacation club located in a resort or tourist marina or near the mentioned places, as established by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company by regulation.
- The operation of an integrated vessel leasing program.

Submit CTPR-NAU-001 and corporate documents.

Evaluation
Technical review of the file by the nautical office.

Inspection
Official visit to fleet and facilities for safety validation.

Approval
Issuance of legal resolution and official certification seal.
