Use permit
Provided by the permits office or municipality, as applicable.
Sanitary license
Issued by the Puerto Rico Department of Health.
Inspection certificate
Issued by the Puerto Rico Fire Department.
Municipal license
Valid municipal business patent.
Liability insurance
General liability with minimum coverage of $1,000,000; PRTC as additional insured and hold-harmless as required.
Photo ID
Required for Bed & Breakfast properties only.
Certificate of non-criminal record
Required for Bed & Breakfast properties only.
Alcoholic beverage license
If applicable. Issued by the Puerto Rico Treasury Department.
